My goals for this year arent really
“Weigh this much” or “look like this”
My goals are more along the lines of never grabbing my skin with hateful intentions. Or loving myself enough to stop making all my goals about my body.
Imagine that you’re taking a class, sweet pea. You have forty different assignments, all equally weighted, that determine your final grade.
If you get high marks on a majority of the assignments you will therefore pass the course!
Neither one great mark nor one horrible one will decide your final grade.
Your nutritional health is very much the same way!
Neither one nutritious meal nor one less-nutritious one will significantly impact your weight loss efforts.
It’s an accumulation of all your decisions! And if the majority of your decisions are nutritionally-rich, you will pass the course <3
